We will always do our utmost to ensure that your engraved protein image is of the highest quality. Since each of our crystal blocks is custom-made, we cannot offer refunds except in the rare cases when it is technically impossible for us to create an engraving of your selected protein. If a display box is damaged in transit, we will provide a new one after you return the original. If you order a light base that is damaged in transit or defective we will replace it on receipt of the original. However, we cannot offer to cover postage costs.
The laser technology Luminorum uses is top of the line, and we believe our images are as sharp and intricate as you could hope to find anywhere. However, on rare occasions, it may not be possible for us to engrave the protein structure of your choice; certain molecules are simply too large or complex for us to work with. In the unlikely event that this applies to your protein, we’ll let you know as soon as we can and you will not, of course, be charged for your order.
In the event that you are subject to any import duties or taxes in your country of residence, you will have to cover these costs yourself. Luminorum Ltd cannot be responsible for paying them, as we cannot tell in advance what they might be.
We will normally dispatch your goods within ten working days of receiving your order. The time it takes after that will depend on the efficiency of your local postal service. If we are aware that there is likely to be a delay for any reason we will advise you by email.
We will keep a record of your name and address, and may contact you from time to time with information about new products (unless you write to us at email@example.com stating that you do not wish to be contacted). We will not pass on your details to third parties.
